Rock Breaking
Tasmania holds some of the hardest and strongest solid rock in the world. Our rock breakers range from 1.5ton to 35ton and are capable of breaking out very hard rock in tight places.

Rock Breaking after blasting
In areas of almost impenetrable rock, initial blasting to fracture to rock allows the breaker to shatter and remove the rock more efficiently.

Removing Rock
Once broken, the rock can be pulled out with the ripper and buckets. Large boulders can then be easily broken down to required sizes and carted away.
